I can honestly say that hand stitching has been a life saver through all the three lockdowns.

Re Frida I used Japanese multicoloured sashiko thread. I can honestly say that hand stitching has been a life saver through all the three lockdowns. Re the face coverings, I'm busy making more. Rainbow health foods in Cleckheaton kindly sells them for me. I now have over £100 to give to Simon on the Street, a charity for homeless & rough sleepers that covers Leeds,Bradford & Kirklees. I reckon I've made nearly 100 facemasks for friends & family & many have donated to the charity. To tell the truth I'm a bit fed up of making them now!! It did ,however make me feel as if I was doing something worthwhile when I first started making them for my family
